Local Businesses Help Bethel Fire Co. With Incident Preparedness

Earlier this month, members of Bethel Fire and mutual aid companies gathered under one roof to conduct a walk-through of the Booths Corner Farmers Market as part of our pre-plan initiative with @aniline. About 60 firefighters were provided an opportunity to walk the common areas of the building with tablets to reference the pre-plan, and conducted group conversations on potential challenges responders would face in the event of a fire. Benjie, co-owner of the farmers market, also provided members with snacks and drinks during the event.
This training event was a part of a greater emergency preparedness initiative that Bethel Fire and mutual aid have invested in, optimizing our pre-planning and operations in high-hazard occupancies. The cost of the pre-plan was covered by the local business and professionally prepared by Aniline Emergency Response Resources. https://www.aniline-err.com
Thank you to the Foxfield community, Naamans Creek Country Manor, Buckeye Pipeline and Booths Corner Farmers Market for supporting the fire company in this initiative and adding to our list of emergency preparedness pre-incident planning projects.
