Just before 12:30am this morning the company and mutual aid departments were dispatched to the 200 block of Sulky Way for a house fire. Engine & Truck 66 both made the response. Engine 66 arrived as the first due engine with a working fire, dropped 300 feet of 5-inch supply line from the hydrant and placed a 250 foot 1 3/4 hoseline in service. All residents were able to safely evacuate the home. Crews were committed for 90 minutes. Thank you to our assisting mutual aid departments.
