Wednesday afternoon just with after 4pm the company and mutual aid departments were dispatched to the 1300 block of Zebley Road for a building fire. Squad 66 with a crew of 5 made the response, split laid a 5-inch supply line from the end of the driveway and on arrival had a shed fully involved with no exposure to any other buildings. Squad 66’s crew placed a 1 ¾-foam line in service. Deputy 66 (B. Small) reduced the assignment to Squad 66 and Engine 10 (Upper Chichester).

Shortly after returning, the company was dispatched to assist Medic 66 (Crozer EMS) on a medical call but no fire department services were needed and the company remained in station.

Around 7pm, Squad 66 with a crew of 6 responded to the 700 block of Carriage Circle as part of a mutual aid response to Upper Chichester (10) for a building fire. Upper Chichester Command reduced the assignment to Upper Chichester and Lower Chichester (39) units.

At 8:15pm, Truck and Squad 66 with 9 members assisted Concordville (59) with a barn fire located on Atwater Road in Chadds Ford Township. Engine 59-2 arrived with a barn fully involved. Truck and Squad 66’s crews assisted with extinguishment and overhaul. Our volunteers were committed on scene for 3 hours. Thank you to Upland Fire Co.
