Just before 3:30pm this afternoon the company was dispatched as part of a second alarm assignment to assist Marcus Hook-Trainer Fire Co. (68) with a working house fire located on Spruce Street in Marcus Hook Borough.

Truck and Engine 66 staffed with 9 members both made the response. Truck 66’s crew arrived and performed vertical roof ventilation. Engine 66 arrived, stood by a hydrant on the 1000 block of Yates Avenue and Engine 66’s crew assisted with overhaul. Bethel’s volunteers were committed on scene for 90 minutes. Thank you to Broomall Fire Company (53) for covering the Bethel local while our crews were committed in Marcus Hook.
