Engine Assists Eddystone (12) on Multi-Alarm Commercial Fire

Saturday evening May 2nd around 1030pm the company was dispatched for an engine to cover Eddystone Fire Co. (12) while they operated on the scene of a commercial building fire at the old Foamex International Inc. building located on the 1500 block of Second Street in Eddystone Borough.

Engine 66 with a crew of 4 relocated to Eddystone. Twenty minutes after arriving at Eddystone the Engine was called into the scene as part of a second alarm assignment. Engine 66's crew performed roof work & assisted with overhaul. Engine 66 was committed on scene for 4 hours before returning to Bethel.
