| Monday December 19th around 1430hrs the company along with Talleyville (NCC 25), Brandywine Hundred (NCC 11), Boothwyn (40) and Lower Chichester (39) were dispatched to assist Claymont (NCC 13) on a townhouse fire located in the 800 hundred block of West Boxboro Drive in the Ballymeade Development.
Claymont units arrived with fire showing from all sides of a three story townhouse. A second and third alarm was struck bringing numerous additional units to assist with exposures. Engine 66-3 with a full crew of six under the command of Assistant Chief Brett Small (66-9A) made the response. Engine 66-3 arrived, picked up the hydrant and supplied Rescue 40. The engine's crew assisted with extinguishment and overhaul. The engine was committed for close to three hours before being released.
