Santa is Coming to Town
Vice-President Ray Stiles, November 30
Monday evening, December 8th & Tuesday evening, December 9th beginning, at 6 PM, the company will escort Santa throughout Bethel Township neighborhoods.
The attached image lists the neighborhood schedule. For safety reasons, Santa will not be stopping on main roads (Foulk Road, Garnet Mine Road, Naamans Creek Road, Route 322, Bethel Road, Concord Road, Chichester Avenue, Chelsea Road, Kirk Road, Pyle Road, Ebright Road & Zebley Road).
This schedule is subject to change if we need to answer any emergencies while escorting Santa. Any schedule changes will be communicated on our website (www.bethelfire.com), Facebook and Instagram pages as soon as possible.

Squad Runs Accident with Entrapment
BFC, November 21
Thursday morning, November 20th, around 07:45 a.m., the company was dispatched to the intersection of Foulk Road and Zebley Road for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. Upon arrival, crews from Squad 66 and NCC Tower 13 (Claymont Fire Co.) performed extrication by removing the driver’s side doors and the B-post. 2025 Bethel Township Corn Boil
BFC, August 24
Sunday, August 24th, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., the company attended Bethel Township’s annual Corn Boil event sponsored by the Bethel Township Parks and Recreation Board, along with the Bethel Township Board of Supervisors. The corn boil is a Bethel Township annual summer tradition dating back to the 1960’s where the event was held at the Luhman Farm located on Zebley Road. In the early days, the corn boil was hosted by local Boy Scouts, and residents would pick the corn from their own fields. As the years have gone by and the community has grown, the corn boil has been moved to the Bethel Springs Elementary School grounds.
