With the holiday season fast approaching Santa Claus will again be visiting Bethel Township. The company will be escorting Santa to the Bethel Township Park & Rec Board’s annual Lunch with Santa event being held Saturday December 7th from 11am to 1pm at the Bethel Springs Elementary School. Later that evening at 5pm the company will provide Santa a ride to the Bethel Township Community Park for the Holiday Tree Lighting.

Sunday December 8th Santa will be available at 9am on the grounds of the Bethel Springs Elementary School until 10am at which time Santa will start out visiting all of the township neighborhoods until completed. For safety reasons Santa will not be stopping on main roads (Foulk Road, Garnet Mine Road, Naamans Creek Road, Route 322, Bethel Road, Kirk Road, Pyle Road, Ebright Road & Zebley Road).

The company is also having an inaugural Santa Letter Drop Off. All township children are invited to drop off their letters to Santa at the big red mailbox located in front of the firehouse beginning November 25th thru December 14th. We have partnered with the North Pole Fire Company to insure each child’s letter reaches Santa. Our volunteers will collect the letters from the big red mailbox and get them to Santa right away. Santa will send out replies to each letter he receives. If you wish to receive a reply, letters to Santa must include a clearly printed name and address. A self-addressed stamp envelope is not necessary.
