August Crab Feast

Our hall caterer Renzi's Catering will be holding an all you can eat crab feast Saturday August 15th located on the firehouse grounds in our hall The Ballroom at Bethel 3737 Foulk Road Garnet Valley, PA 19060. 3 hour block seating times are 1pm to 4pm and 4:30pm to 7:30pm.

Reservations prices per seating time are $30 for adults and $15 for children 10 years of age and under. Reservations are strongly recommended with no guarantee of at the door ticket availability. Tickets purchased at the door are $35 for adults and $20 for children 10 years of age and under. Price includes all you can eat crabs, BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, old bay potatoes, corn on the cob, penne pasta w/crab gravy, meatballs, ... (Full Story & Photos)

Memorial Day 2015

Monday May 25th the company participated in the annual Concord and Bethel Township Memorial Day Parades. The Concord parade began at 0930hrs at the Springwater Plaza located off of Route 202 and ended at the Elam Methodist Church located on Smithbridge Road. The Bethel Township Parade began at 1130hrs at the Briggs Auction on Naamans Creek Road and ended at the Siloam Methodist Church on Foulk Road. Memorial Day services followed both parades. Participants included the Brandywine American Legion Post 811, Bethel Township Police Department, Bethel Township Preservation Society, Bethel Fire Co., Concordville Fire Co., Garnet Valley High School Band, Bethel Township Board of Supervisors and ... Truck Assists Talleyville

Sunday morning May 24th just after 3am the company was dispatched as part of a mutual aid assignment to assist Talleyville (NCC 25) with a townhouse fire located in the 2100 block of Culver Drive in the Olde Colonial Village Townhouse community.

Truck 66 with a crew of 5 made the response. Units arrived on scene with fire showing from the first floor of an end of the row townhouse. Truck 66’s crew accessed the roof via the main and completed vertical ventilation. Truck 66 was committed on scene for two hours before returning.

Thursday evening April 30th the company held our 2014 awards dinner. Members enjoyed a buffet dinner served by our hall caterer Renzi’s Catering.

Members Complete Training

Board of Director Matt Hills Jr., May 12

4 members recently completed training classes at the Delaware State Fire School. Jeff Thomas, Scott Myers and Ken Laaken successfully completed Basic Firefighting (36 hours) with Dominic Mazzoli completing Emergency Medical Responder (40 hours).

Mike Heacock, Mike Natrin and James Pierce received their National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board) Firefighter 1 certification.
