All You Can Eat Crab Feast-Saturday July 9th-2pm to 4:30pm & 5pm to 7:30pm

Our hall caterer Renzi’s Catering will be holding a all you can eat crab feast Saturday July 9th in our hall The Ballroom at Bethel 3737 Foulk Road Garnet Valley, PA 19060. There will be two crab feast seatings 2:00pm to 4:30pm and 5:00pm to 7:30pm and reservations are strongly recommended. The feast includes fresh steamed crabs, bbq ribs, bbq chicken, old bay potatoes, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, corn bread, desserts, fresh fruit, BYOB, coffee and soda. Pricing is $30 per adult with reservation and $35 at the door. Children under 10 are $15.00 per person with reservation and $20 at the door.

House Fire in Foxfield

This morning shortly after 10am the company along with Ogden (55), Boothwyn (40), Reliance (61), Claymont (NCC 13), Medic 66-7 (Crozer EMS) and the Aston Township (17) Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) were dispatched to the 1600 block of Hance Lane in the Foxfield development in Bethel Township for a house fire reported to be a vehicle fire inside an attached garage.

Truck 66, Engine 66-3 and 66-8 made the response with 13 members. Truck 66 arrived on scene with a 2 story single family dwelling well involved, secured their own supply line and placed a 2 ½ hose line and a 1 ¾ hose line in service. Memorial Day 2016

Monday May 25th the company participated in the annual Concord and Bethel Township Memorial Day Parades. The Concord parade began at 0930hrs at the Springwater Plaza located off of Route 202 and ended at the Elam Methodist Church located on Smithbridge Road. The Bethel Township Parade began at 1130hrs at the Briggs Auction on Naamans Creek Road and ended at the Siloam Methodist Church on Foulk Road. Memorial Day services followed both parades. Participants included the Brandywine American Legion Post 811, Bethel Township Police Department, Bethel Township Preservation Society, Bethel Fire Co., Concordville Fire Co., Garnet Valley High School Band, Bethel Township Board of Supervisors and local ... Mutual Aid Assist to Concordville (59)

Tuesday morning April 26th just after 02:30am the company was dispatched as part of a mutual aid assignment to assist Concordville (59) with a house fire on Dogwood Hill Lane in Chadds Ford Township.

Engine 59-2 arrived with a fully involved single family dwelling. Engine 66-1 and Engine 66-3 staffed with 10 members made the response. Bethel units were committed on scene for approximately 5 hours assisting with water supply and extinguishment.

House Fire on Foulk Road

Board of Director Matt Hills Jr., April 20

Wednesday morning April 20th just after 0330hrs the company along with Concordville (59), Talleyville (NCC 25), Claymont (NCC 13), Medic 66-7 (Crozer EMS) and the rapid intervention team (RIT) from Aston Township (17) were dispatched to the 3700 block of Foulk Road for a building fire with entrapment.

The residence was located two houses away from the firehouse. Truck 66 made the response, secured their own water supply dropping 700 foot of 5 inch supply hose from the hydrant located at the firehouse. The residence was fully involved upon arrival with Truck 66 placing the aerial main in service and 2 ½ and 1 ¾ hose lines in service to protect a neighboring residence and funeral home. The ...
